Senior Administrator – Corporate Services
About the Role
The Senior Administrator – Corporate Services will be responsible for the day to day corporate services of a portfolio of clients under the guidance and supervision of senior team members.
The duties of the individual will inter alia include but not limited to corporate secretarial functions, the preparation of meetings, drafting of minutes/resolutions, instructing payments, undertaking regulatory & compliance periodic risk reviews.
Requirements
- Degree in Law and/or Management or ICSA/ACCA partly qualified or equivalent
- 3 - 4 Years in a similar position within a management company or the financial services sector
- Ability to work in team
- Sound Knowledge of legal & regulatory framework
- Fluent in spoken and written English and French
- Excellent Customer Relations skills
